About this expedition
What to expect on the mountain
Paced for the mountain
We move at the pace of the conditions. Days start early to use cold, stable snow and a clear window, and every itinerary carries contingency time — so a closed window rarely costs the objective. Acclimatisation is planned, not assumed: we gain height steadily and turn around when the mountain says so.
Small teams, real ratios
Every departure is capped to a tight guide-to-climber ratio and led by an IFMGA-certified mountain guide. We carry rescue kit every day, rehearse it on day one, and the guide's call is always final and always safety-first.
What to bring & how to train
Fitness
You should be comfortable moving for six to ten hours over consecutive days carrying a pack. We send a structured training plan when you book and check in at eight weeks out — arrive on it and the objective is well within reach.
Kit
Certified guiding, hut and lodge nights, group technical and safety equipment and permits are included. You bring personal mountain clothing and boots; each departure ships a full packing list, and we hire out the heavy technical items on request.
